Mobile signal in Lachung is intermittent. If a call does not connect, send a WhatsApp message and it will be picked up when the network returns.

Note that the resort is closed from 4 January to 28 February, from 5 to 26 March, and from 15 April to 31 July.

No. There is no online payment step on this site. Rooms are confirmed directly with the reservations desk by phone or WhatsApp on +91 9674922030; share your check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and preferred room category, and the desk replies with availability and the total for your exact dates.
Where exactly is the resort?
Army Helipad Road, near Power House, Lachung, North Sikkim 737120, at roughly 8,610 ft. The resort is about 2.5 km from Lachung centre, on the road most travellers take toward Yumthang Valley and Zero Point. The map on this page opens the location in Google Maps for your driver.
Can the resort help with the North Sikkim permit?
The resort team can advise on the Inner Line Permit needed for Yumthang Valley and Zero Point — required documents, process and timing — but permits are issued through authorised travel operators or official systems, and no hotel can guarantee approval. Carry original photo ID, arrange the permit before leaving Gangtok, and see the North Sikkim permit guide.
